Equipment Application

The ZRJ3 Series Pre-Vacuum Furnace is a specialized product of our company. It is a Controlled Atmosphere high uniform temperature vacuum Heat Treatment Equipment , with the full name Pre-Vacuum protective atmosphere multi-purpose furnace. It is mainly used for bright oxidation-free annealing heat treatment of Precision parts in the Day aviation aircraft manufacturing industry, and for non-oxidizing non-decarburizing heating, Quenching , annealing, Tempering and other heat treatments and Spheroidizing Annealing of Precision mechanical parts in the auto parts industry. It can also be used for bright oxidation-free annealing of copper materials in the non-ferrous metal industry.

Structure Introduction

1. Furnace body: It is mainly rolled from steel plate to make Pit Furnace shell, and is assembled and welded from section steel to make the furnace body structure.

2. Furnace Lining : Adopt Energy Saving type composite fiber or Full-Fiber High Pressure module insulation layer, Energy Saving power saving effect is remarkable.

3. Electric Heating Element : Adopts corrosion-resistant High Temperature resistance alloy components, service life can reach 5 Year .

4. Vacuum Tank: It is rolled from imported corrosion-resistant High Temperature Stainless Steel plate, and Automatic is tightly welded and undergoes Large X-ray flaw detection.

5. Furnace Lid : Adopt Stainless Steel internal insulation Furnace Lid , and it is sealed by double water-cooled vacuum rubber.

6. Vacuum fan: install Vacuum Seal Stainless Steel fan, so that the wind pressure inside the tank Stable and the temperature are uniform.

Configuration Features

Cooling System can be equipped inside the furnace, extracting hot nitrogen from the furnace and connecting cold nitrogen into the tank for the rapid cooling circulation system.

Vacuum Furnace A vacuum evacuation interface, a protective atmosphere supply interface, and a vacuum pressure gauge are installed on the panel.

Pre-Vacuum Furnace is divided into multi-zone temperature control with multiple microcomputer program temperature control, Automatic displays the measured furnace temperature, calculates the Liter temperature slope temperature value and set value, has overtemperature alarm and Automatic process curve recording, with a temperature control accuracy of ±1℃.
