Vacuum Sintering Furnace is Energy Saving type Vacuum Furnace , which is High Precision Industrial Furnace manufactured in accordance with aviation standards. It is mainly used for vacuum sintering of metallic or non-metallic materials and parts in the aerospace Day , automobile manufacturing, petrochemical, and Precision machinery industries. It can also be used for bright, oxidation-free and decarburization-free heat treatment of Precision mechanical parts or forgings, and for Spheroidizing Annealing .

The product conforms to the Chinese aviation industry Ministry Standard standard GJB509-98-88 Class I Vacuum Sintering Furnace, and also complies with the AMS2750E heat treatment International Standard .

Structure Introduction

1. Furnace body: Mainly made of steel plate rolled into Pit Furnace shell, welded by section steel to form the furnace body structure.

2 , Furnace Lining : Adopt Energy Saving full Ceramic Fiber High Pressure modular structure , or adopt composite Furnace Lining lightweight Energy Saving refractory Insulating Brick masonry , with Aluminosilicate Fiber blanket for insulation in the interlayer .

3. Electric Heating Element : Adopt International Standard new type High Temperature -resistant resistance element.

4. Furnace Lid : Adopt internal insulation in Stainless Steel Furnace Lid , Furnace Lid panel and tank body adopt hidden double water-cooled vacuum rubber sealing.

5. Vacuum interface: A vacuum pumping interface, a protective atmosphere supply interface, and a vacuum pressure gauge are installed on the furnace panel.

6. Vacuum tank: Rolled with 1Cr18Ni9Ti Stainless Steel plate, sealed welding with protection Automatic , tested and pressed after flaw detection by our factory Large X-ray flaw detection room.

7、 Vacuum Pump : Use rotary vane mechanical Vacuum Pump to add oil Diffusion Pump for continuous vacuum pumping, or use nitrogen protection.

8. Furnace Lid and the furnace pot can have the entire vacuum tank hoisted out using the workshop Overhead Crane , and two vacuum tanks working alternately and continuously can improve Production Efficiency .
