Hankou Furnace The Pit type Vacuum Furnace manufactured by the company is Standard Pit Type structure Industrial Furnace , mainly used for oxidation-free vacuum heating, Tempering , bright annealing and other heat treatment purposes of various mechanical parts and metal workpieces.

Structure Introduction

It consists of furnace body shell steel structure assembly, Furnace Lining , thermal insulation layer, heating elements, Stainless Steel vacuum tank, internal thermal insulation Furnace Lid , microcomputer program Automatic temperature control system and other components.

1. Shell: It is mainly rolled from steel plate into Pit Furnace shell, and welded from section steel to form the furnace body structure.

2. Furnace Lining : Use light microbeads Energy Saving Firebrick , high-purity Ceramic Fiber thermal insulation cotton is sandwiched between Furnace Lining and Furnace Shell , which belongs to Energy Saving type Furnace Lining .

3. Heating element: Made of heat-resistant High Temperature Resistance Wire or Resistance Strip .

4. Furnace Lid : Adopt Stainless Steel material , and use double water-cooled vacuum rubber sealing .

5. Stainless Steel Vacuum tank: Furnace Chamber internal pressure-resistant High Temperature Stainless Steel vacuum tank body, made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti Stainless Steel plate, manufactured with shielding Automatic tight welding, and undergoes Large X-ray inspection and pressure testing.

6. Vacuum Pump : Configure Vacuum Pump of 2X rotary vane type, adopt Pre-Vacuum method.

7. Supporting interfaces: Equipped with protective atmosphere intake and exhaust interfaces.

8. Temperature Control System: It adopts Touch Screen multi-zone microcomputer program temperature control electric cabinet, Automatic displays the measured furnace temperature, calculates the Liter temperature slope temperature value and set value, has over-temperature alarm and Automatic process curve recording. It can set 8-segment process curves, with a temperature control accuracy of ±1℃.

Design Features

1. The working temperature range of Pit type Vacuum Furnace can reach a variety of 450-1100℃ Vacuum Heat Treatment according to different designs.

2. It is divided into multiple zones for temperature control in the vertical direction, High Precision designs and distributes power, and has good temperature uniformity.

3. The furnace type adopts the Pit Furnace outer shape structure, and has various advantages such as small Occupied Area , Easy Operation , low failure rate, and excellent thermal insulation performance.

4. Two vacuum tanks can be used for alternate continuous operation to improve Production Efficiency .
