Production Line Introduction

Hankou Furnace After many Year studies by the company, we have designed and produced isothermal heat treatment Production Line suitable for general production of ADI parts, Production Line Equipment is mainly composed of two sets of periodic operation furnaces: the austenitizing heating furnace and the nitrate salt Isothermal Quenching Furnace .

The Isothermal Quenching process of ADI Ductile Iron is divided into two stages: the ADI heat treatment austenitization process and Isothermal Quenching . Workpieces are transferred by workshop Overhead Crane or positioning single-arm cranes to realize the heat treatment Production Line of ADI parts in periodic operation furnaces. It has now entered the stage of mature application. It can be composed of two austenitization Bogie Type heating furnaces and one nitrate salt Isothermal Quenching Furnace to form continuous and uninterrupted Production Line for periodic operations.

Austenitization Bogie Type Heating Furnace Structure and Characteristics

1. This series of austenitizing heating furnaces are Industrial Furnace of Energy Saving type manufactured in accordance with National Standard , adopt Full-Fiber heat preservation with excellent Energy Saving power saving effect, and can Automatic High Precision implement various heat treatment process curves. It is mainly used for austenitizing heat treatment of ADI castings, Ductile Iron , and austempered ductile iron.

2. In terms of Furnace Lining design, Ceramic Fiber Furnace Lining is adopted, which makes Furnace Chamber have small heat loss, Liter temperature rise speed is fast, Furnace Lining heat accumulation is sufficient, and can quickly raise the workpiece Liter to the austenitizing temperature during continuous production.

4. Pre-embed the nitrogen preheating pipeline system and uniform flexible porous nozzles on the inner wall of Furnace Lining . When protective atmosphere heating is required, nitrogen can be introduced. By adjusting Flow Meter , oxidation can be reduced during the austenitization process of the workpiece.
