This series Equipment shell is similar to ordinary Drum Furnace , it is a square furnace body. Furnace Lining insulation adopts high-alumina Aluminosilicate Fiber composite Furnace Lining , Energy Saving power saving effect is obvious. The heating element uses 0Cr27Al7Mo2 High Temperature resistance alloy elements arranged around the Drum Furnace furnace chamber. The furnace tank material is made of imported high temperature resistant High Temperature Stainless Steel into a cylindrical shape. The motor reducer rotates the furnace tank, and the governor controls free adjustment of the rotation speed, so that the workpiece inside Drum Furnace is evenly heated, and the color is consistent after heat treatment. The heat treatment temperature of High Temperature Rotary Drum Furnace can reach 950℃, the specially designed and developed Drum Furnace maximum temperature can reach 1200℃.
