RG2 Series 650℃ Rotary Furnace belongs to Energy Saving type semi-continuous operation Industrial Furnace , it is mainly used for heat treatment of batch Small metal parts such as balls, rollers, thin steel sheets.
1. Furnace body: The Drum Furnace outer shell of RG2 series is a rectangular furnace body made of steel plates and section steel.
2. Furnace Lining : Use light weight high Strength 0.6g/cm³ microbead Energy Saving Firebrick , full high alumina Aluminosilicate Fiber is used for heat preservation, which belongs to a typical Energy Saving structure.
3. Electric Heating Element : Adopts 0Cr25Al5 high resistance alloy wire or Resistance Strip , installed on both sides of Furnace Chamber , the components are not easy to fall off.
4. Drum Furnace Tank: Made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti Stainless Steel into a cylindrical shape, or made of chromium manganese nitrogen Heat Resistant Steel castings.
Drum Furnace One end of the furnace pot is supported by a bearing support outside the furnace body, and is driven by an electric motor with a reducer, which makes the furnace pot rotate slowly. The workpiece rotates with the Drum Furnace furnace pot to make it heated evenly, and there is no overlapping between workpieces, the color and luster are consistent after heat treatment. The other end of the furnace pot is the feed inlet, supported by two rollers. When feeding, Drum Furnace is equipped with a furnace tilting mechanism and a transmission, Drum Furnace tilts upward, making the feed inlet 20° upward, which is convenient for feeding. When discharging, shake it downward and tilt it 40°, then the workpieces in the furnace pot can be poured out.
