Bogie Furnace 's Bogie is installed with pressure-resistant Heat Resistant Steel Furnace Bottom plates, which are used to bear workpieces. After workpieces are heated, oxide scale will be generated and fall around Heating Element through the gaps between Furnace Bottom plates, causing Resistance Wire to fuse. To prevent Heating Element from open-circuit damage and extend the service life of Bogie Furnace , the following precautions should be noted during use:
1. The Furnace Bottom plate used on Bogie Furnace shall be plug-in contact, so that the oxide scale on the workpiece will not easily fall into the vicinity of Heating Element .
2. Furnace Bottom The plate shall have sufficient thickness to enable placing heavy-load workpieces without deformation.
3. Furnace Bottom The plate shall have reinforcing ribs in accordance with design specifications.
4. For normal use, it is necessary to frequently blow off the oxide scale under the bottom plate, Bogie Furnace generally blow once a week. When blowing, lift the Furnace Bottom plate, use compressed air to blow off the oxide scale debris in the Resistance Wire tank cleanly, pay attention to prevent oxide scale from getting stuck in the furnace wire and causing a short circuit.
