Gas Bogie Furnace has strict operating procedures, Bogie Furnace operators need to be familiar with the standard operating procedures for furnace opening, ignition and furnace shutdown.
1. Remove debris from the track and the running direction of the furnace car.
2. The cushion iron shall be placed along the flame ejection direction, and staggered from the burner nozzle opening.
3. Workpiece loading shall be stable and placed evenly.
4. Close Power Distribution Cabinet the main switch, each branch switch, Furnace Door , and the main switch of the furnace car control cabinet.
5. Operate on the Furnace Door and Bogie control cabinets, position Liter on Furnace Door , then operate Bogie to discharge from the furnace.
1. Turn Furnace Door on to the highest position.
2. Set the smoke valve to the "Manual" gear on the upper computer, and set the gas Bogie Furnace smoke valve position to ~60%.
3. On the upper computer, switch the air damper to the "Manual" gear, adjust the damper position to 5% ~ 20%, and start the fan. Check whether the wind pressure is normal (4 ~ 6KPa), then switch the wind pressure control to the " Automatic " gear.
4. Check whether the AC220V power supply is normal; check whether the gas Bogie Furnace gas pipeline inlet pressure is normal, check whether the compressed air pressure meets the requirements; check whether the furnace pressure display value is at the "0Pa position".
5. Open the manual gate valve of the main gas pipeline, then open the emergency gas shut-off valve, then open each vent valve, close the vent valve after the pipeline gas passes the inspection.
6. Turn the on-site burner controller to the "remote" position, and the local ignition is in the off position.
7. There are two methods for gas Bogie Furnace ignition operation:
① Site: Set the burner controller to the "Local" gear, ignition is implemented via Automatic on the burner controller. After the burner is ignited and the flame indicator light is on, you can manually perform local switch ignition as needed. Before switching to the "Remote" gear, the local ignition must be in the off position.
② Computer: On the screen of the computer display, there is a burner ignition button, which can realize Automatic and manual large and small fire output with a mouse.
Note: The burner ignition shall be carried out one by one. After the current burner is ignited, the next burner can be ignited. The interval between each ignition must be more than 5 Second . If a flameout alarm occurs for a certain burner, reignition shall be carried out. If a burner still fails after repeated ignition three times, on-site inspection and treatment shall be carried out. During the ignition process, there must be personnel observing on site in front of the furnace.
8. After ignition is completed, you should go to the site to observe whether the flames of each burner are uniform, Stable , and adjustments should be made if they are not.
9. After all burners have been successfully ignited and Stable , close Furnace Door , set the furnace pressure control to the " Automatic " gear on the upper computer, and check the sealing conditions of each part of the gas Bogie Furnace .
10. Set the parameters of the upper computer to each set value (including temperature and pressure), and observe whether it operates and displays normally.
1. Shut down the furnace and close the burners: close each burner of gas Bogie Furnace on the HMI screen. Then exit back to the main menu, then close the HMI.
2. Close the gas emergency shut-off valve, and close the manual gas gate valve.
3. Turn off the fan.
4. Inspect the site, turn off the gas Bogie Furnace all power circuits and the main power supply (when there is no hot tapping out).
