2. Bogie Furnace Do not operate with over temperature, otherwise the service life of Equipment will be shortened.
3. Workpieces with too much oxide scale need to be cleaned before entering the furnace.
4. The workpiece must not contact Heating Element , and the distance from Heating Element must be maintained at about 100-150mm at minimum.
5. It is strictly forbidden to operate roughly. Workpieces shall be placed gently to avoid impact.
6. Bogie Furnace When in use, the operator must not leave the post without permission, and must always pay attention to whether the working condition is normal.
7. Bogie Furnace When loading and unloading workpieces, you must first cut off the Heating Element power supply to ensure the Safe of the operator.
8. The oxide of Furnace Chamber (including Resistance Wire or Resistance Strip ) should be cleaned frequently, at least once a week. The area under the Furnace Bottom plate can be blown with compressed air.

2. Check whether the contact at the wiring of the grounding device is in good condition.
3. Check whether Heating Element has any damaged parts, whether the connections are in good contact, and whether there is any contact with the furnace body.
4. Check whether the temperature control system operates normally.
5. Check whether Furnace Door Liter descent and Bogie inlet and outlet operation are normal.
6. Bogie Furnace Motors and reducers need to be inspected regularly, add lubricating oil, etc., pay attention to use Safe .
7. The drive shaft sleeve must be checked and lubricating oil added regularly to prevent damage to the shaft sleeve due to lack of oil.
8. Regularly check the usage of Heating Element .
9. Regularly calibrate the usage of instruments and Thermocouple to prevent incorrect temperature measurement caused by errors of instruments and Thermocouple .
