The gas burners can perform continuous proportional combustion adjustment; the actuator adjusts the size of the air volume, and adjusts the size of the gas volume through a proportional valve, to achieve proportional air-fuel combustion. Lower limit amplitude limiting is set for gas and air volume. A control solenoid valve is installed on the gas pipe of each burner, and each burner is equipped with an independent and complete combustion controller, which has Automatic ignition, flame detection, fire extinguishing alarm Automatic gas cut-off functions. This fully guarantees the Stability and Safety of the combustion temperature control system.
3. The burner system achieves complete combustion, allowing full utilization of fuel. It adopts furnace pressure zero position control and full sealing technology, which makes Bogie Furnace the largest joint surface (the sealing surface between Bogie and the furnace body) maintain zero position furnace pressure, so that furnace gas does not leak outward, cold air does not seep inward, and the heat energy generated by combustion can be effectively utilized.
4. The preheater uses a GC-type tubular heat exchanger with inserted turbulence elements to increase the preheating temperature of the air, which preheats the air temperature to 300-350°C when the furnace temperature is 1000°C.
5. The heat exchanger adopts Heat Resistant Steel and Stainless Steel according to different temperatures in design, and adopts homogenization and thermal stress elimination measures in layout.
6. Control system. The control system of the Full Fiber Gas-Fired Bogie Furnace mainly adjusts and controls the flow of the gas pipeline of each furnace, the flow of flue gas and the dilution air volume through the detection of temperature and pressure in the furnace, and is equipped with Day gas main pipe quick cut-off device.
7. When the pressure of air, gas and compressed air cannot meet the requirements, the combustion of the burner cannot be started. If it is in combustion, Safe will be closed.
8. The top of the gas Bogie Furnace is equipped with chimney installation Automatic furnace pressure control, butterfly valve, etc., which can adjust the cooling rate.
