Equipment Introduction

The bell-type annealing furnace manufactured by Hankou Furnace consists of a furnace hearth, inner hood, heating hood and cooling system, featuring microcomputer high-precision automatic furnace temperature control.

The bell-type annealing furnace is equipped with two furnace hearths, two inner hoods, one heating hood and one cooling hood. While one furnace hearth is under heating and heat preservation, the other is in the cooling and unloading process. The heating hood alternately heats the two furnace hearths, which saves energy consumption and realizes continuous production.
