When a group of regenerative burners are working normally, they are usually distributed on both sides of the furnace body. When the left burner is in the combustion working state, the reversing valve is used to control the opening of the air/fuel passage and the closing of the flue passage, and the regenerator releases heat; while the right burner must be in the heat storage state, that is, the flue passage is opened and the air/fuel passage is closed; by continuously switching working states in this way, the heat storage bodies on the left and right sides can transfer the sensible heat in the flue gas to air or coal gas, reduce the flue gas emission temperature, improve the heat utilization rate of fuel, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions to the atmosphere.
