Construction Method

Construction tools: plastering tools including mixer, plastering bucket, hand cart, steel trowel, screed bar, wooden trowel, etc., as well as theodolite and setting-out tools.

Base surface treatment: Before construction, remove floating dust on the wall and the release agent after concrete demolding. The base surface for thermal insulation construction shall be clean and solid. If the wall release agent is not easy to remove, interface treatment is required to prevent unstable bonding caused by smooth demolding surface.

Before construction, it is necessary to plumb vertical lines, snap thickness control lines, and set proper thickness reference points.

Ingredients: For 1kg vitrified micro-bead thermal insulation mortar, the added water amount is approximately 0.85-1kg. Add the specified amount of water and stir well, then add the vitrified micro-bead thermal insulation mortar and stir until it becomes a uniform paste, then it can be used. The thermal insulation mortar must be mixed and used immediately.

Technical Description

Vitrified microbead thermal insulation mortar and anti-crack rendering mortar form a complete thermal insulation mortar system. In particular, anti-crack rendering mortar cannot be replaced by cement mortar with glue added for rendering.

Mechanical stirring shall be used, and the water-cement ratio and plastering time shall be strictly controlled. The finished wall shall be protected from impact by hard objects, keep the room ventilated and dry, and pay attention to anti-freezing during winter construction.
