Scrape and trowel special surface anti-cracking mortar for surface covering. When carrying out this process, it must be carried out after the glass microbead thermal insulation mortar is completely cured. Surface anti-cracking mortar has excellent crack resistance and certain flexibility, it is specially designed for glass microbead thermal insulation mortar, which is conducive to improving and protecting the comprehensive performance of glass microbead thermal insulation mortar, it is a matching material proportioned for glass microbead thermal insulation mortar, it is particularly important in the entire thermal insulation mortar. The scraping and troweling thickness should preferably be thin, generally not exceeding 2mm.
Vitrified microbead thermal insulation mortar and anti-crack rendering mortar form a complete thermal insulation mortar system. In particular, anti-crack rendering mortar cannot be replaced by cement mortar with glue added for rendering.
Mechanical stirring shall be used, and the water-cement ratio and plastering time shall be strictly controlled. The finished wall shall be protected from impact by hard objects, keep the room ventilated and dry, and pay attention to anti-freezing during winter construction.
