Structure description:
    RQ3 Series Pit Gas Carburizing Furnace is made of the furnace shell, the furnace lining, the lid lifting bodies, vacuum sealed fan, muffle cans, heating elements and other components. Round furnace shell is welded with steel plate and section steel. The furnace lining is made of 0.6g/cm3 high-intensity ultra-light beads vacuum energy-saving refractory brick, aluminum super-long fiber, and masonry expansion insulation granular form of energy-saving lining structure. Lid landing gear box body is formed with the motor gearbox. When the furnace cover needs opening, simply press the button in the control box then the furnace cover will descend at a uniform speed. For the sake of safety,two movements institutions tops trip switch are mounted in the carburizing EAF. When the furnace cover is ascending, the lower movements institutions tops trip switch will automatically cut off the seepage carbon EAF control cabinet main circuit power supply, forcing the heating elements stop working since the power is cut off, The upper switch is used to restrict the height of the movements axis, it can prevent the movements pumped up too high to cause theelevating screw abscisicing from the gear box.
