The maximum operating temperature is 500¡æ, for small metal parts, standard parts or large and long hot galvanized metal parts used.
Structure description:
The furnace shell is welded with steel plate and section steel. The lining is bricklaid corundum-mullite insulating power-saving firebricks. There are silicate fibers and expansion insulation power between the shell and lining which is used to soaking heating. High temperature alloy components silk 0Cr25Al5 winding resistance from galvanized spiral installed on the high alumina brick silk that is around the furnace built. Crucible is welded with Q235 low carbon steel plate from double-sided post-welding, thermocouple insert the furnace from the side sometime, contact with the crucible, square crucible has an automatic temperature control cabinet, within the range of 0-500¡æ it can be adjusted arbitraryily and maintain a automatic constant temperature.
